    Refund Policy:

    1. Membership Fee Refund:
      • We understand that circumstances may change. If you decide to cancel your membership within 7 days of the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.
      • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
    2. Profile Enhancement Services:
      • If you've purchased any profile enhancement services and wish to cancel, you can do so within 48 hours of the purchase for a full refund.
      • Refund requests after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
    3. Event Registrations:
      • For events organized by Falcon Matrimony, cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
      • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

    Cancellation Policy:

    1. Membership Cancellation:
      • You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, please contact our customer support.
      • Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
    2. Profile Enhancement Services:
      • You can cancel any profile enhancement service by contacting our support team.
      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the purchase date will receive a full refund.
    3. Event Registrations:
      • If you wish to cancel your registration for an event, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date.
      • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Falcon Matrimony reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for changes.
    • In case of any dispute, Falcon Matrimony's decision will be final and binding.
